User Content & Conduct

This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. If for any reason, our limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable, our maximum liability shall not exceed USD $100 in total.
Indemnification
By using Outpform, you agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Outpform as well as any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, or contractors from any claims made against them arising from your use of the services in violation of these terms. This means you cannot sue or seek damages from Outpform for situations we are not liable or at fault for as outlined in this agreement.
Changes & Termination

We may terminate your access to all or part of our services without notice and in our discretion. Upon any such termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
You may cancel your registration at any point via email or through your account portal. Any cancellation will result in the deletion of your login credentials along with access to our offerings.
Governing Law & Disputes In the event of any disputes arising from your use of Outpform or relating to these Terms, the law of the United Kingdom shall apply. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction and venue of the courts in London, England to resolve any disputes that may arise.
