Shares of Robinhood Markets, Inc. HOOD saw a sharp rise in today’s pre-market trading following the company’s impressive fourth-quarter financial results.

Robinhood reported fourth-quarter revenue of $471 million, marking a 24% year-over-year increase and surpassing the Street consensus estimate of $456.8 million, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Additionally, the company’s earnings per share of 3 cents exceeded the Street consensus estimate of a 1 cent per share loss.

Subsequently, Robinhood shares surged by 13.8% to $13.47 in pre-market trading.
